Article 1 - Organization of the Competition

Organizing company: The Company LASHILE BEAUTY FULL STORE UNLIMITED, whose head office is located at 148 TRAVERSE DE LA MARTINE – BAT B2 - 13011 MARSEILLE, is organizing a free competition with no obligation to purchase, accessible on the website https://www.lashilebeauty.com/ from Saturday October 21, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. to Wednesday October 25, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. inclusive.

Article 2 - Conditions of Participation

Participation in this competition is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France (including Corsica).

Article 3 - Terms of Participation

To participate, each participant must:

• Place an order on the Lashilé Beauty website accessible at https://www.lashilebeauty.com/ during the competition period.
• Only one entry per person and per order is permitted.

Any incomplete or incorrect participation (contact, delivery address, etc.) will not be taken into account.

Article 4 - Designation of Winners & Awarding of Prizes

Every day, 5 orders that used the code KDO5 when validating the order will be randomly selected to be refunded. Daily draws will be made among all orders registered during the previous day, from Saturday, October 21 to Wednesday, October 25 inclusive.

Winners will be contacted by email at the address provided when ordering within ten days of the daily draw to inform them of the reimbursement terms.

LASHILE BEAUTY FULL STORE UNLIMITED cannot be held responsible in the event of non-delivery of the prize due to an error in the contact details provided by the participant.

Article 5 - Allocation

Selected participants will receive a full refund for their order placed on the Lashilé Beauty website (exact amount of the order paid) and for which they were drawn, up to one refund per customer for the entire duration of the operation and 5 refunds per day for the 5 days of the competition.

Refunds for orders will be made directly via the payment methods used when ordering, once the order withdrawal period has passed. If changes have been made to the order, the amount of the refunded order will be the final amount spent, less any returns.

No exchange or transfer of the prize is permitted. No other method of reimbursement may be requested.

Article 6 - Use of Personal Data

The information collected is intended for LASHILE BEAUTY FULL STORE UNLIMITED for the purposes of organizing the competition. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of personal data, participants have the right at any time to access, rectify, delete personal information concerning them, as well as the possibility of opposing the processing of this data. Article 7 - Liability

Lashilé Beauty reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel this competition in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control. Its liability cannot be incurred as a result.

Article 8 - Disputes and Claims

These rules are subject to French law. To be taken into account, any disputes relating to the competition must be made by written request to the address of LASHILE BEAUTY FULL STORE UNLIMITED at 148 Traverse de la Martine – BAT B2 – 13011 MARSEILLE. In the event of a persistent disagreement, and after an attempt to find an amicable solution, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.

Article 9 - Acceptance of the Regulations

Participation in this competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules by the participants.
